Will the magnets scratch my roof?

The base sits flat on the roof panel. Most tourers place it on a clean, dry surface. If you're worried about paint, a thin protective film or cloth underneath does the job. The aluminium base won't corrode against steel.

Can I move it between vehicles?

That's the whole point. Lift it off one vehicle, place it on another. No tools, no brackets to undo. Works on any steel roof.

What's the 12V converter option?

Starlink Mini ships with a 240V power supply. Our 12V DC converter lets you run it directly from your auxiliary battery via an Anderson plug — no inverter needed. Saves power and simplifies your setup.

What are the roof rack feet?

An optional add-on ($49). They bolt directly to your roof rack if you'd prefer a fixed mounting point instead of magnets. Best of both worlds.
