Is pick up available?

Will the filter slow down my water pressure?

No. The Pro Flow 12 is designed to maintain full pressure throughout your system. It filters at the point of entry without restricting flow, so every tap in your van runs at the same pressure you'd expect without a filter installed.

Can I use a magnetic mount on an aluminium roof?

If you have an aluminium roof, use the VANKOR Roof Rack Feet add-on or 3M Mounting Discs instead.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Free shipping on all orders Australia-wide. Orders placed before 10 am AEST ship the same day, unless on backorder. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout for selected items. International orders: contact us at support@vankor.com.au for a shipping quote.

What if I buy it, install it, and it doesn't work for my setup?

Reach out to us. Every VANKOR product comes with a 12-month warranty. If something doesn't work the way it should, we'll sort it out — whether that's troubleshooting, replacing a part, or making it right.

How long does it take to set up?

Most VANKOR products are plug-and-play. The Starlink mounts install in under 10 minutes with basic tools, and the Pro Flow 12 connects inline with push fittings — no plumber needed. If you get stuck, reach out and we'll walk you through it.
