Product Details

The VANKOR Converter Plate bolts onto the bottom of your existing Magnetic Mount and gives you a secure mounting point for a 12V DC converter. Add direct vehicle power to your Starlink Mini setup without buying a whole new mount.

Built for owners who started with the standard Magnetic Mount and now want integrated 12V power as one tidy unit.

Materials & Construction

  • Injection-moulded ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate)
  • Brass threaded inserts moulded into the part — won't strip like plastic-only threads
  • Heat resistance: ~95–100°C
  • Excellent UV stability — won't yellow or fade in direct sun
  • Weather-resistant: rain, dust, salt spray
  • Matte finish, consistent quality from the mould

Installation & Maintenance

Install:

  • Align the converter plate with the mounting bolts on bottom of your VANKOR Magnetic Mount base
  • Thread the supplied bolts through and tighten with an Allen key
  • Mount your 12V DC converter onto the plate using the converter's own hardware
  • No drilling, no modifications to your existing mount

Maintenance:

  • Wipe with a damp cloth as needed
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents
  • Brass inserts mean you can bolt and unbolt repeatedly without wear

Removal:

  • Unbolt and lift off — no residue, no damage to the mount
