The Vankor Caravan Water System Bundle pairs our Pro Flow 12 high-flow water filter with the UV-C LED Water Steriliser — the complete two-stage system for safe drinking water on the road. Stage 1 filters down to 0.5 micron, removing sediment, chlorine, rust, taste and odour. Stage 2 inactivates bacteria, viruses, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium with germicidal UV-C LED light. Designed to install together using 12 mm push-fit fittings on any 12V caravan, motorhome, or off-grid water setup.

Materials & Construction

Pro Flow 12 Filter: 0.5 micron PAC composite cartridge (polypropylene fibre + coconut-shell activated carbon). Double O-ring sealed polypropylene housing with integrated pressure gauge. 11 LPM high-flow rating. 12 mm push-fit fittings (Push or Hose variant).

UV-C LED Steriliser: Solid-state UV-C LED (no mercury, no lamps to replace). 12V native low-draw operation. Up to 8 LPM flow rate. 12 mm push-fit fittings. Includes 2 mounting clamps and 12V power supply.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation: Both units use standard 12 mm push-fit fittings. Plumbing order: tank → filter (Stage 1) → UV-C (Stage 2) → tap. UV-C unit wires into your 12V system using the included clamps and power supply. Designed for owner installation. Step-by-step guide on each product page.

Maintenance: Filter cartridge — replace every 9–12 months, or when the pressure gauge shows a drop. Genuine replacements available in the Water Filtration collection. UV-C LED — no scheduled lamp replacement; occasional wipe-down of the quartz sleeve is all it needs.
